Quick Reference
Completion is evidence
A checkmark should mean you can demonstrate the skill, not merely that you opened the chapter.
Review before forgetting
Bring older topics back into rotation rather than studying only today’s material.
Use your mistakes
The checklist includes performance evidence, not just content coverage.
Local only
Your checked items are stored in browser localStorage for this page; nothing is sent to a server.

How to use this page
Do not tick a box because you “studied” the chapter. Tick it when the statement is demonstrably true. For example, the Biology genetics box means you can solve representative inheritance questions and explain why the outcome follows from the parental genotypes. The timed-performance box means you have actually practiced the current paper conditions, not merely read about them.
Because the checklist is stored locally, you can use it on a desktop, laptop or phone without an account. Clearing browser site data can erase the saved state.
1. Completion Has Four Levels
| Level | Evidence |
|---|---|
| Seen | You have read or watched the topic. |
| Understood | You can explain the idea and its key relationships. |
| Retrieved | You can produce the idea without visual support after a delay. |
| Proven | You can apply it correctly in mixed, timed questions and diagnose your own errors. |
2. Turn the Checklist Into a Weekly Loop
At the start of a week, identify the unchecked items that correspond to the biggest current weaknesses. During the week, use learning blocks, retrieval, questions and error review. At the end, re-test the same items. The checklist should become a feedback loop rather than a one-time project-management screen.
3. Why the Checklist Requires Retrieval
Self-testing is not just a measurement device. Research on retrieval practice shows that retrieving information can itself support later retention. The page therefore asks whether you can produce knowledge, not simply whether you have completed a reading session.
